Yes! During our beta period, Brickfolio is 100% free with no limitations on features or properties. When we launch paid plans, beta users will receive exclusive founding member pricing.
Your data is yours. When we transition out of beta, you'll have the option to continue with a paid plan (at discounted rates) or export all your data. We'll never hold your data hostage.
We take security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. That said, as a beta product, you should maintain your own backups. See our Terms for complete details.
Online rent collection involves payment processing and regulations we want to get absolutely right. It's on our roadmap, but for the beta we're focused on the core features. You can still manually record rent payments as income.
